Q. What is your turn around time?
A. Turnaround time is based the on the project.
Projects can be turned around as fast as 48 hours.
Q. How much do you charge for revisions?
A. You are allowed (2) revisions per project.
Additional revisions after (2) are $10 and up pending the type of project.
Q. Do you edit text?
A. No, we copy and paste all text that is provided.
Any text that has to be typed will result in an additional charge of $50. Text must be proofed for spelling and grammar prior to being sent.
Q. Is a deposit required to start my project?
A. Yes, OneTwoThree Multimedia requires a 50% deposit to place your project in production. The remaining balance is due upon final approval.
Q. Can you start work without a deposit?
A. Sorry, we will politely decline. The initial deposit puts your project in production and helps fund up-front costs that may be required to start.
